1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern room reservations and stays at FAHO Hotel, 23, Corner of Rue Aboujaad and Rue My Ahmed Loukili, Hassan, Rabat, Morocco (Hassan district, Rabat, Morocco). By completing a booking or checking in, you accept these Terms.
2. Reservations
- Rooms may be booked via our website’s booking partner (HotelRunner / linked platforms) or by contacting reception at 05 37 73 67 00 / reservation@fahohotel.com.
- A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation with a reservation number.
- Rates, inclusions (e.g. breakfast) and payment conditions depend on the rate selected at booking time and are shown before payment.
- The hotel may request a valid ID/passport and a credit card or deposit on arrival, in line with Moroccan hospitality rules.
3. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 14:30.
- Check-out: until 11:30.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be offered subject to availability and may incur a fee.
- Minimum check-in age: 18 years, unless accompanied by a responsible adult as agreed with the hotel.
- Guests must present a valid identity document. Foreign guests must comply with Moroccan registration requirements.
4. Cancellation and no-show
- Cancellation deadlines, free-cancellation windows and prepayment rules are those stated on your booking confirmation / rate conditions.
- Non-refundable or prepaid rates are generally not reimbursable after the deadline indicated at booking.
- No-show: failure to arrive without prior cancellation may result in charging the first night or the full stay, according to the rate rules.
- Force majeure (e.g. official travel bans) is handled case by case in good faith.
5. Children, cots and extra beds
- Children are welcome. Occupancy limits per room type must be respected.
- Infants: a baby cot may be provided on request, subject to availability and possible supplement.
- Extra bed: an extra bed may be available in selected room categories, subject to availability and an additional charge communicated at booking or by reception.
- Age-based pricing for children (sharing parents’ bed vs. extra bed) follows the rate rules shown at booking.
6. Hotel rules
- Quiet hours and respect for other guests are required. Parties or events in rooms are not allowed unless expressly authorized.
- Pets: not allowed, except assistance animals where required by law.
- Smoking is restricted to designated areas in accordance with Moroccan regulations and hotel policy.
- Damage to hotel property attributable to the guest may be charged at repair/replacement cost.
- The hotel may refuse or end a stay in case of serious misconduct, unpaid amounts, or false identity information.
7. Facilities and services
Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, restaurant services (opening hours may vary), air-conditioned rooms, parking (subject to availability; reservation may be required), and a 24-hour front desk. Some services may be seasonal or subject to a fee; details are available at reception.
8. Liability
FAHO Hotel is committed to hospitality diligence but is not liable for loss of valuables left unattended outside a room safe (when provided), nor for interruptions beyond our reasonable control (utility outages, strikes, extreme weather). Personal belongings remain under the guest’s responsibility.
9. Payments
Accepted payment methods are indicated at booking and at reception (cash and cards may be accepted subject to hotel policy). Online payments are processed by the booking partner under their own terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes shall preferably be resolved amicably; failing that, the competent courts of Rabat shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable to travellers from the EU/EEA.
